A habitation check includes an examination of the following:

A detailed examination will identify potential safety hazards early, prevent costly repairs and enhance the overall value of your vehicle. From inspecting fire risks and ventilation systems to identifying issues with damp, water, electrical systems, and bodywork, our inspection follows a thorough procedure and provides you with a comprehensive report outlining necessary actions.
Habitation checks only. I am not a repair centre and do not carry out any repairs myself.
I provide a thorough, unbiased assessment of your motorhome’s condition. Once your vehicle has been checked, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing any observations, recommendations, and issues that require immediate attention. Rest assured, my reports are transparent and impartial.
With my habitation checks, you can trust that you're getting an honest, expert examination - every time.
Habitation checks take around three to four hours to be completed.
Please read my requirements below before making a booking as it is agreed you meet these when making your booking.
- Your vehicle is built by a recognised manufacturer. I do not work on self-builds.
- Your vehicle does not have an underslung gas tank.
- Your vehicle can be parked on a flat surface for the duration of the habitation check.
- Your vehicle will be emptied of all personal belongings. I require maximum empty space.
- Your vehicle is not used for hire or reward.
Payment will be made upon completion of the habitation check. Bank transfer is my preferred method of payment however cash is accepted.
